Common problems & answers:

Q: The PDF stationery file is very slow to open and/or my computer freezes.
A: The problem is probably your computer connection speed combined with this being a large file. Instead of clicking the file to Open, right click the file link and pick "Save as" (save target as) to your own computer hard drive. Remember where you save the file. The file will open much faster from your own hard drive.

Q: The PDF (Adobe Reader) file looks blurry when I open it.
A: That is normally due to the Adobe Reader view opens in close-up view mode. Test printing has shown all to be very clear. Contact us if you need help.

Q: The PDF (Adobe Reader) will not open with the free printable military stationery on it.
A: You do not have the correct software. Download a free Adobe Reader at Adobe Reader Download. (Will open in a new window.)

Q: Why do you have the free stationery as PDF Adobe Reader?
A: Adobe Reader PDF allows the free stationery to print correctly on all computer formats.
